Intraoperative radiation therapy catheter placement?

One of our breast surgeons was wondering what the appropriate code would be for this. She said another surgeon suggested 19499, since 19297 is for mammosite. (her words.)

Based on the operative report, 19297 doesn't sound inappropriate (except for the word 'afterloading'), but I told her I would ask around.
