angiograms

Help!
I am reading an op note and the physician say he did a "selective bilateral coronary angiography, left heart cath, left ventriculogram and aortic arch, thoracic aorta, abdominal aorta angiography for suspected dissection."
They originally went into the right femoral artery and sheathogram was performed which was consistent with a possible infrarenal abdominal aortic occlusion. There was also some concern of a possible aortic dissection given the history of chest pain for the past 3 days. No good pulse was felt in the left groin so they decided to proceed with the right radial artery approach.
Under Techniques, the dictation only states. "Ascending aorta, aortic arch, thoracic aorta and suprarenal abdominal aortograms were performed using a 6-French pigtail catheter." Then there are the findings of the aortograms. Pigtail catheter place in the ascending aorta above the aortic valve, power injection of contrast agent was performed and angiography of the ascending aorta, aortic arch, thoracic aorta and abdominal aorta was performed."
Can I bill 93458.26 for the cath and 75625.59, 75605.59 & 75650 together? and can I bill 36245.rt + 75710.26 for the original puncture in the right femoral artery.
I would appreciate any help, this is pretty new to me.
Thanks, Carol
