Thrombectomy without lysis

Can anyone help me with a code for 'Mechanical (AngioJet) thrombectomy' please?
This was performed in the right common femoral artery without thrombolysis.
The doctor has marked off 37799 (Unlisted procedure, vascular surgery) but I am
hoping that since our encounter forms have been printed there has been a specific code assigned to this procedure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
