anesthesia
an er physcian performed an endotracheal intubation. The code I come up with for endotracheal intubation is 31500. What is the anesthesia crosswalk code for this? I searched and I cannot find.

Emergency intubation
The ER physician bills the 31500 when performing emergency intubation. The anesthesia codes (ex, 00320 and 00326) are reserved for the anesthesiologist use only. The physician cannot be the surgeon and the anesthesiologist for a given procedure.
