Looking for a position as a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant and Certified Coder In/Out patients and hospital back ground.

I really am looking to get a position in Certified Coder so I can use the course I finished a year ago. Any ideas I have tried hospitals they said I need more experience how do I get that when I cannot get a job?
I will do it at home if that is available to show that I am very capable to do the job.

If you can't get in at the top-start from the bottom, do you have any experience in the Medical field? if you can't get a job without experience-start somewhere rather than nowhere. I started off as a check-in person and ended up checking out patients to now coding and billing and a better perspective on who I work for and how I can help.
