Distal clavicle, bone spur, right shoulder

HELP!!!! My Dr saw a patient and she has been diagnosed with a bone spur of the distal clavicle... Im trying to code this but having a hard time finding the correct code. The closest I've come is 726.91 Exostosis of unspecified site.....any help would be greatly appreciated.
