Normal EKG

I work for a family practice DO who has a high volume of senior citizens as patients. Often they come in with a complaint of chest pain, but when we do an EKG the results are normal. Is there any way to bill for this service?

link the ECG to a symptom code, i.e. chest pain, dizzyness, etc. Whether it is normal or not, it should still be paid for.
