ICD-9 code wound VAC leaking

Good afternoon, I am trying to code the diagnosis 'wound VAC leaking' in the outpatient setting. Is this a complication w/o it being stated so? I am coming up w/ 996.59. The secondary diagnosis is 'postoperative pain - acute'. Thank you,
