I need help asap. Dr. Wants an answer asap re:ct scan dictation

Hi fellow billers,
Our office performs CT scans in office. We have told schedulers that appointments for CT scans should be done only and not scheduled with office visits or allergy injections. However, they continue to still combine CT scan appointments with office visits as well as allergy shots, test etc. Our Dr. dictates CT scan seperatly from the office visit, injections etc even if they performed on the same day. My questions that I need answered as soon as possible is.... Should we COMBINE the CT dictation with dictation for office/other procedures performed on the same day FOR SAME PATIENT? OR IS IT BETTER TO HAVE ONE DICTATION FOR CT AND ANOTHER FOR DICTATON FOR OV? Hopefully, i am explaining this correctly. If not please email me at wventssb@yahoo.com or call me at 602-843-4844. Thanks
EXAMPLE:

1.CT dictation ONLY

2. OV, injections, scope ONLY

OR
1. CT, OV, INJECTIONS SCOPE

I would keep the CT scan documentation separate.
