Laparascopic liver biopsy

The physician cauterized and grasped a 1cm liver lesion via laparasocpic he also bovied and removed a small anterial abdominal wall lesion. Would we code this 49321? or ??

Everything I've read says you should use unlisted laparoscopic liver code 47379.

So we would bill 49321 for the abdominal wall removal & 47379 for the liver cyst removal? what would we compare the 47379? I'm thinking 47100?

We typically pick a code that is comparable in time and complexity. 47100 would sounds fair to me but we normally make sure our provider agrees. That is the code I compare to though. :-)
