labial lesion...

I work in a primary care office and my doctor excised a labial lesion in the office - calling it a Bartholins Gland Cyst - looking for some guidance in some coding - she is stating that she "took the whole thing off" - so I am looking at code 56700, but I alway feel like these code are uses more in a hospital setting.
A little help...I don't want to bill incorrectly and send my doctor and myself to coders jail...LOL ~ for over coding something that should be done in the hospital only.
Thanks
Sara
