Patient had an abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plication and repair of an incisional hernia which was found thru the main incision but repaired separetely from the abdominoplasty. The abdominoplasty is cosmetic but the physician wants to bill insurance for the hernia repair. Can we do this? Are these procedures bundled? Thank you
