Att: all ent or super coders.. I need CPT® for eagle syndrome

This is a hard one. No op notes. Manager came to me and asked me for CPT® code for eagle syndrome. Some old docs said 21499, however that code no longer exists. Docs state that a "partial styloidectomy" is the treatment for eagle syndrome. Can any one shed some light one this. Please it is important for me to have something to bring my manager.
***dx codes will just be symptoms** I am in need of CPT® for partial styloidectomy please

re: ATT: ALL ENT OR SUPER CODERS.. I NEED CPT® FOR EAGLE SYNDROME

The Code for Eagle Syndrome is 733.99. Eagle Syndrome is very rare
and the "old doc" is right, as "old docs" frequently are and you are wrong.
CPT® 21499 is still in existence. It is the Unlisted code for the musculoskeletal
procedures for the head.
Now let me ask you a question, don't you have a CPT® book? don't you have
a computer? if you do, do you know how to use them?
If you don't have the book, don't have a computer, don't have the knowledge
to use them, you are doomed to have "old" coders answering your questions.
Please bring this to you manager. Your manager needs to supply you with
everything needed to be a good coder. The rest is up to you.
Nothing more specific can be given to you without an operative report
