ndc number

Our office purchased some flu vaccines back in August of 2014. December of this year the NDC number was taken off the FDA list. Tricare has denied claims and refuses to pay because it is no longer on the list. Could you give me any advise? I have contacted the FDC, CMS and the manufacturer. Thanks, Ann
