timed & untimed codes

Is there a way to bill both timed and untimed codes (i.e. 92507 and 97532) for the same session? I was told that if I spend 1/2 of a session on 92507 and the other 1/2 on 97532 I might be able to bill 97532 X2 and 92507 with a -52 modifier to show that this was an abbreviated procedure. Has anyone ever dealt with something like this? Thanks!
