Radiology Concurrent Supervision Requirement

I have been researching the use of CPT® Codes 76376/77 and understand the expectation of the concurrent physician supervision requirement. What is still unclear is if the same concurrent physician supervision is required when 3D post processing is inherent to the procedure such as 72191/71275 or when used for general image reconstruction to enhance image quality?
