A-fib Ablation coding

Anyone billing for a-fib ablation procedures? We recently took on coding/billing for an electrophysiologist that performs this procedure. He says it's a very complex procedure and would like us to bill for it as 93651-22. He wrote a very detailed letter outlining why this procedure is more complex than a regular 93651. My question is, is it appropriate to routinely bill for this service with modifier 22? Or should we perhaps be billing with an unlisted code? I've read a ton of info on modifier 22 and I'm still unsure.....Any suggestions?? Thanks!
