OBGYN Coding for annual physical

what is the correct way to do CPT® coding for annual exam??? And then what ICD-10 code would be correct for a normal annual exam?

I am having trouble with the new codes and the insurance companies recognizing them.

For an Annual exam you would use the preventative codes (99384-99387 for new and 99394-99397 for established) These codes are broke down by new and established and patient age so you will have to choose the correct code for each patient based on if they are new or established and how old they are. The ICD10 for a normal exam is Z01.419. Hope this helps.
