Ascorbic Acid in IV's

I have been trying to bill out Ascorbic Acid J3490 with NDC #62991101102 and I continue to have Cigna and Medicaid deny it because they state that the NDC # is not right. I got the NDC # directly from McGuff pharmacy. I have approximately 20 claims stuck in my clearinghouse because of this. Can anyone give me some advice regarding this? Thanks in advance.....
