Pacemaker and ICD dx coding help

New to cardio - can someone please clarify this dx usage for us?

V45.01 and V45.02 for in-person or remote interrogation
V53.31 and V53.32 for reprogramming or other adjustments made

But, I also read:

V45.01 and V45.02 for in-person or remote interrogation - no symptoms
V53.31 and V53.32 for remote interrogation, programming, used also for symptoms or device complications, or is at ERI

Is there anything else I am missing? Please help fill in the blanks, thank you!
