wart removal coding

If a Dr. pares a wart before he uses liq nitrogen can he charge a 11055 for paring and a 17110 for removal?

So if the pt came in for hypertension or diabetes dx, it can be billed with a 99213 and modifer 25 and the ICD-9 for the wart removal on the 17110, will both pay? Thank you

two services: 17110 and o.v. for unrelated problem

Most payers will pay for both. Be sure they are both clearly documented in the note, and that the level of service for the o.v. billed is supported by the documentation for that problem alone.
