Anes Supervised

I am an engineer delivering claim solutions to an anes practice. I can't find any information in the 5010 IG or elsewhere that indicates the SUP PROV loop (2420E) is required on anesthesia claims when the service is supervised instead of directed. If supervised, there is only the CRNA on the claim, not split correct?

Please advise if you know when the SUP prov info must be sent in anes.
