Is there a billable code for a post operative counseling visit for patients with positive pathology (cancer)?

I am not sure if there is a billable or reimbursable code, but you can check Category II codes in the CPT® book. If the Dr who is counseling the patient was also the surgeon who did the procedure from whence the path rept that was positive came, global period guidelines might preclude billing it or any reimbursement for the counseling. I don't code for DR offices, so I hope someone who does will answer too.
