how many antepartum visits for global billing?

The patient transferred care so some visits have been paid to another provider. Global billing does mean delivery plus at least 7 or more antepartum visits, correct? (with postpartum included as well) A bit confused.

Global Package

According to my records the global package includes 13 OB visits, delivery and 42 days post partum. Depends on insurance company if additional visits can be billed. I have found BCBS will pay additional visits however Tufts will only pay if high risk pregnancy and Harvard will not pay any additional visits. Hope this helps
