coding endoscopy

I feel totally lost, trying to understand the guidelines - the question is - What is the CPT® codes(s) for - Bronchoscopy performed; there was an endobronchial mucosal lesion that was located on the right lower lobe of the bronchus. With fluoroscopic guidance, transbronchial biopsies were taken of the area of the lesion. Brush washings were also done for cytology analysis.

I'm thinking 31628 because the report states "transbronchial biopsies". The guidelines tell me to use 31627 in conjunction with this code. But since it doesn't require a modifier and the next question is looking for one...I don't think I have the right line of thinking to select the correct codes, please help!
