Lactation consult

We recently added a lactation consultant to our staff. I am unsure how to bill for her services or if I am even allowed to bill. I assume that I cannot bill if the patient is not having problems (for instance, she just needs some advice) and is within the global period?? If she is having a problem breastfeeding and is within the global period, can I bill?? Please help!!
