HCG testing

Our oncology infusion center wants to perform HCG test on patients to ensure they are not pregnant before receiving chemo treatments.

Scenario: We use V72.41 on the physician's order to "confirm" that the patient is negative but what if we perform the HCG and it is positive and the order states, if positive order serum HCG (which the lab would then do). How would we code the claim?
