77080 billing for professional and technical sides same tax id, different specialties

Is it possible to bill for both sides of the Dexa Scan when our Imaging Center owns the equipment and a Rheumatologist interprets the test? They share the same tax id #, but different specialties. Could Imaging bill 77080-TC and Rheumatology bill 77080-26 and not be considered global?

These won't be considered as global when the we bill outpatient claims, but there will be problem when we bill this for inpatient.
