Colonoscopy and ileoscopy pt doesn't have ileostomy

PLEASE HELP:

Having a difficult time coding procedure: (multiple cases)

COLONOSCOPY AND ILEOSCOPY AND HOT BIOPSY REMOVAL OF RECTAL POLYP AND COLD BIOPSIES OF THE SIGMOID COLON AND RECTUM

All info reviewed states ileoscopy via stoma and report(s) doesn't state anywhere that pt has a colostomy/ileostomy.

The procedure codes depend on Large or small intestines:
Also you forgot to mention if inpatient (ICD 9) or outpatient (CPT).

I would try 45384 (Hot bx removal) and 45380-59,22 (colonoscopy w/ileoscopy & cold bx. (no code for ileoscopy if not thru stoma).
