HCPCS codes

I’m almost finished with my medical coding course! I’m working on HCPCS codes. I'm having trouble with a few questions. The first is asking what category do you code the ADMINISTRATION of Procrit if not identified by levels 1 or 2. I know the J codes are for the drug itself, but cannot find a code dealing with the administration. Is this perhaps a Q or G code? The next one asks for a code for a heavy duty folding walker with a seat and wheels. I’m coming up with 2 codes, one for the walker and one for the add on seat, as I can’t find a code that includes both. Do you know if I’m missing a code? Last, is the code for a psychiatrist screening of a patient to determine eligibility for an alcohol and drug program. I came up with H0002, but not sure if there is a more specific code I’m missing.
