ambulance coding

Hi all:
Can someone please tell me is there a Level II modifier to be use if a patient refuses transport by ambulance after they've been assessed by the EMT? Also, which A-code would go with the modifier??? Ive searched and googled but not getting anywhere. Thanks a bunch!
