CPT® codes 36475 and 36476

Our physician did an endovenous ablation (36475) on the left greater saphenous vein in the thigh region. Then he did a second access (same leg, same session) in the anterior saphenous vein in the lower calf area. Can we bill 36476 for the second access? The code description states second and subsequent veins, so I am not sure if I can use the add on code.
