CPT® 61518 question

My provider did a suboccipital craniectomy and resected 2 separate tumors, one from the left hemisphere, one from the right-Is this the correct code? I know I cannot bill twice since it is the same opening, but I am not sure if there is a code more adequate for two tumors? Thanks,
