CPT® Code for Fitting a Brace

When we diagnose adolescents with lumbar Spondylolysis (stress fracture), they need to be braced for 8 weeks. We have started molding the brace to fit the patients in our office. Is there a CPT® code we can bill for our service of fitting the brace, showing the patient how to wear it, instructing them on how to wash it, etc?
