Is there a limit on units for J1030/J1040

We are being denied for MUE for some J codes J1030, J1040 and J3303. Is there a limit for the encounter? Or a limit for how often such as every 3 or 4 months? Cannot find any local policies on Medicare for this. Thanks

each unit of J1030 is 40 mg. You are not billing 40 units are you?
