Here is the report
Clinical history: Intraoperative fluoroscopy for right ankle hemi
epiphysiodesis and contracture release.

Comparison: 2/7/2013

Technique: Intraoperative fluoroscopy provided. 63.3 seconds of fluoroscopy
utilized for the procedure. 7 images submitted.

Findings: The images and demonstrate plate fixation of the distal tibial growth
plate with 2 separate plates fixed by screws in the epiphysis and metaphysis
with a plate spanning the anterior aspect of the growth plate.

IMPRESSION:

1. Intraoperative fluoroscopy right ankle surgery.
