Diagnosis

Our surgeon did an intraoperative consult on a patient who was having a laparoscopic tubal ligation. The OB GYN did a lysis of adhesions, and she was concerned if there was a thermal injury to a loop of the small bowel, which is why our surgeon was called in. There was no injury, everything was okay. I'm having trouble figuring out what to use for the diagnosis for the consult -
