if it's impacted ear wax , you're looking at 69209, 69210. See the guidelines for reporting these codes

If it isn't impacted, it's part of the e/m code.

Ear wax isn't a foreign body

If it is impacted, it needs to be documented as such in the body of the op report along with the manner of removal
