Help with dx please

Happy Friday All!
Can someone help me out with a dx please, A skin tag removal was denied by medicare due to they considered it not medically necessary,However The skin tag did obscure patients vision, I am looking for a dx for this to send as secondary dx to try and get it paid.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

Perhaps 368.9 for "impaired vision" + the procedure note documenting that (?) You might need to send it as a Redetermination. Skin tags and their removal are typically dismissed as "cosmetic".

Thank you for your advice, I do believe that dx is for disease of the nervous system and sense organs, I am not sure the dx would work..... I do appreciate you taking a look, I thought this would be easy but its a little challenging.
