Billing HEaring Aids??? V code and S code? Can someone help>

We have a claim for Ameiben (bcbs) they are requiring our office to bill hearing aids with V code and S1001 code. Letter stated we need to list the diffrence between the deluxe (allowable) and base charge... can someone help explain this?
