Removal of Septal Button

How would you code the removal of a septal button under anesthesia? The reason for the removal is postoperative pain and intolerance to septal button. There is no mention of the button being dislodged, so I do not think I can use 30310. Since this is a hospital outpatient procedure, I do not know which CPT® to use.
