Pre-Op Visits with Primary Care

How do we correctly bill for a 2nd visit with PCP for a pre-op clearance if we have already done one and patient couldn't have surgery due to medical issues? For example, patient came in for a pre-op clearance, then was sent to cardiology for clearance and there was an issue that prevented patient from having surgery. Now, surgery is scheduled again and patient is back for another pre-op clearance. Do we bill with the same diagnoses?
