How do I bill for C-Section staple removal? or wound check up?

if the patient is on post-op(90 days) it would be a 99024 w/V58.32, encounter for removal of sutures.

Is not post op(90days) ist actually 2 weeks after the c-section. How do I bill for that?

if its two weeks after the C-section, why is this not post-op, did you physicians not deliver the baby??
