Medicare Breast/Pelvic Exam
When a Medicare patient comes in to have her G0101 & Q0091 and the provider ends up discussing other issues and charges an office visit(99213), do we carve out the G0101 & Q0091 prices from the 99213.

No. All three are reimbursable with appropriate documentation and ICD-9 code(s) and a 25 modifier on the 99213.
