CPT® code 95951 - billing units

How should a 72 hour EEG monitoring be billed to Medicare? 95951 w/units, multiple lines w/?modifier 59, different DOS?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

It would not be possible to have more than 24 hours in one date of service.

I would report the 95951 for each date of service.
