COSC exam--Help!

I work for an Orthopedic Surgeon. He doesn't focus on the spine at all. I was reading that this exam (COSC) will cover spinal sxs. Is there a lot of information I need to read-up on before exam?

I also code for Orthopedic Surgeons, the spinal surgeries that are preformed by my providers are very minimal. I have taken the exam and there are several spinal questions.
