82465, 84478 denied

These 2 procedure codes were billed as well as 36415, 80053, 83036, 85025 & 84443. However medicare denied these as multiple automated multichannel test performed on the same day combined for payment. Does anybody know what codes Medicare is pertaining to in this issue?

General Health panel

What they did is bundled your Cholesterol and Triglyceride tests with your CMP(80053) and paid you for a Chem 16. They should have paid you for the GlycoHgB seperately. They may even have combined that Chem 16, CBC and TSH into what some carriers call a General Health Panel and paid you for all three as one. Some are paying as General Health Panel and some are not in my experience.
