in house lab coding

We billed a 80069 and 85025 with V58.44 on a patient. Insurance denied stating required modifier missing. Can't find modifier requirements for this.

According to the ICD9 listing, under V58.44 it says to use an additional code to identify the organ transplanted.(V42.0-V42.9). Maybe that is what they are looking for.
