EP's stimulus payment

Can anyone direct me to information regarding who is eligible for the EHR stimulus? Specifically, in a group practice billing under one tax id, is each physician eligible for the Medicare $44k if they meet the meaningful use once defined.... or is it just $44k for the entire group who meets the meaningful use? I am told that it is per physician but can not find any literature specific to that point.
Additionally, Is there a percentage of Medicare patients required like there is for the Medicaid qualification? 30%? and again is it by doctor or by group?
