CPT® questions for BD Veritor System

We were told by the BD Veritor rep to code the test with 87804 and 87999. BCBS has begun to request additional iformation for this code. Is any one getting paid for this additional code of 87999? Also, if so what modifier are you using if any? I would appreciate any insight to the confusion. Thanks Melinda
